Assist all teams and complete admin tasks related to advertising, press releases, Fire Department/flags/inspections, road closure, security, renting tents/tables,/chairs, T-Shirt design; Camelia the Clown, pirates, photography, bus contracts, lot clearing, committee meetings, radios, portables, parking, fish fry, booths, trash/dumpsters, church council, maps/layout, budgeting, etc.
